The Graduate Route allows international students who have successfully completed an undergraduate or master's degree to stay and work in the UK for 2 years (or 3 years for PhD graduates).
Some UK universities offer IELTS waivers if you have scored exceptionally well in your high school English exams (e.g., NEBOSH/CBSE English) or by taking an internal university English test (like the Oxford ELLT). However, IELTS/PTE is strongly recommended.
When you apply for your student visa, you pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS). This gives you full access to the UK's National Health Service (NHS), meaning doctor visits and hospital care are free.
